Review of Dark Blue (2002) by Kyle P — 11 Aug 2007
Kurt Russel plays a bad cops who is willing to do anything to get the bad guy...be they guilty or not. The story starts with a hearing involving his young partner in a shooting. He is soon cleared and has the movie moves on he see how deep the rot goes in the force. Only one cop is prepared to try and take the bad ones down. Now the acting is good, but I was expecting more. I was hoping of a cop vs cop battle but it's more about doing the right thing. Still it kills a few hours.
Best Scene: When the truth comes out.
Best Line: "Damn it man talk english.".
Rating: Rent it.
