It had a very interesting and original idea, and even though the process of the infection was pretty gruesome and grotesque. The overall story seemed to go nowhere and it simply ended in a low note. It had its good moments as well as it's not so good ones.
It was disappointing but at least it tried something new that could've been great if gone in a different direction with the story.
