Review of Citizenfour (2014) by Ari K — 13 Nov 2014
This film of encounters with Edward Snowden is unequivocally sui generis in the history of cinema: a 100% real-life thriller which unfolds minute by minute before your eyes - thanks to Laura Poitras, the genius recipient of the 2012 MacArthur Genius Fellowship and co-recipient of the 2014 Pulitzer Prize for Public Service.
3,143 Facebook friends and followers, but I'm willing to bet this post will not lead to even 1 going to see this movie which should be required viewing by everyone - especially those who continue to almost blindly believe in the federal government and / or Obama.
If I could rate this 6 stars, I would. It's an absolute must see. Let me close this post by stating Obama and his NSA can suck my ass. What has happened the last many years with this rogue nation gone wild reminds me of Stalin, the USSR, Iran's Savak, East Germany's Stasi.
