I actually enjoyed watching this film. Not the most complicated film, to say the least, but exciting in an awkward, exotic Louisiana way. The main reasons I was interested in the film were: filmed in Louisiana, and Ryan Phillippe.
Did I mention Ryan Phillippe? I agree with tvnewsguido, "Torture Porn" is a nice way of putting it. If you like that kind of thing...
