A beautiful doc highlighting the truly important role of the Casting Director in movie and tv on the last 50 years. The pioneering role of the late great Marion Dougherty and her counterparts. The only key title role in the movie making process without an Oscar category award, a travesty!
She has been credited with giving their first major roles to Robert Redford, Al Pacino, Robert Duvall, Robert DeNiro, Jon Voight, Dustin Hoffman and many others.
