Canada meets the Middle-East. The movie is a love story between the exquisite Juliet Grant (Patricia Clarkson) and Tareq Khalifa (Alexander Siddig).
The movie starts a bit slow and wanders off into the political end, of the deep pool, of the Midde-East. Then it stops and turns around to focus on the story of the two lovers.
Loved the movie very much. The director, Ruba Nadda, captures the beauty of the city of Cairo. Beautiful music, beautiful colors.
