Review of Buster's Mal Heart (2017) by J L — 04 May 2017

The sheer scope and prowess of this film makes it director, Sarah Adina Smith, one of the new masters of modern cinema. The storytelling, cinematography and performances are extraordinary in her masterful hands as she unfolds a story that is never sloppy or lazy and it's telling, and reveals layer upon layer of the story of our common humanity.

Rami Malek gives easily his best performance to date, and the supporting cast is perfection. Definitely make sure to see this movie.
