Review of Burke & Hare (2010) by Karen S — 12 Jan 2014

I enjoyed this a lot more than I expected to: it was pretty funny, if not hilarious, and whilst the characters are hard to care for, I did find myself wanting them not to get caught. The cast is brilliant, with Andy Serkis my clear favourite, and I found the conclusion refreshingly different.

I wouldn't have thought of myself as a fan of such a type of humour but there was something about it that I just really liked.
