An amazing achievement. That this movie wasn't a huge hit is a vicious indictment of both Hollywood and the movie going public in general.
High school film noir. Even if you're intrigued, admit it, you cringe a little. I was and I did. But once again good writing and good acting trump anything corporate tastemakers can pull out of their asses. This movie is a cavalcade of cliches about success. All cylinders out of the park on fire. Whatever. It's incredible.
