Review of Boogie Woogie (2010) by Bill B — 04 Jan 2012
I really enjoyed this fun little ensemble film set around the London art world, specifically a scheming art dealer's attempts to purchase a key painting from a family that has fallen on hard times. We follow his story as well as watching the lives of numerous peripheral characters and hangers on who drift in and out of his gallery, and it's all makes for a breezy, quick watch.
Worth a rental for sure.
