Boa is one of my guilty pleasure b movies. The acting is fair for a scy-fy channel original type movie, the special effects are cheesy but really not bad for a small budget movie, and the storyline is at least plausible, or at he very least not completely idiotic.
If you are the type that enjoys cheesy creature features, I'd recommend it.
