First off, I watched Irreversible again and it lost some of its shock value and didn't hold up that well on second viewing. It was ranked 8th on my top 10 list of 2003, but now it is #17.
Wow what heart-wrenching story. Agnes Bruckner had breakthrough performance in this. I would nominate her for best actress.
