Review of Best Worst Movie (2009) by Gino P — 15 Oct 2010

It's nice to see that for the most part, the cast and crew actually embrace Troll 2, yes it's a very very bad movie but in no way deserving the hyperbole of being "worst movie ever". The first half was fit after fit of laughter with a very swift, depressing turn during the last half, sadly.

Those the scenes with Italian production (completely disillusioned) are just down-right hilarious and George Hardy (actually a very awesome guy) is the gem of this documentary but at times, felt tasteless, that some involved were being blatantly exploited and kinda threw off afterward.

Despite that, it was a honest, funny, sad and endearing look at this cult phenomenon.
