Stanley Kubrick is considered one of the, if not the greatest filmaker of film history. There are no greater facts to this statment than his films. Barry Lyndon is no different. Although it comes in at over three hours it is still inarguably beautiful, well written and deserves to be up in the area of other Kubrick masterpieces.
