Review of Arang (2006) by Kevin M. W — 30 Dec 2011
I really liked the storyline to this film. There are many horror clichés and the stylings of "Ringu" & "Ju-on" are throughout. It seems to be the mainstay to use the haunting long black hair in Asian Horror film.
This also has echoes of "Shutter" to it as well but I really liked this film. The only part that I didn't care for was the very end. It was cheesy and really didn't seem to belong.
