Decent movie, terrible sequel. Absolutely no sense of continuity as practically nothing carries over. The look and feel are radically altered. Gone are the black humor, hip theme music, sneering attitude, and stable of fun police squad characters.
Even main character Kang has a completely different personality. You'd never guess that this was the work of the same director.
