This film oozes character. It's a story about love and life, told through the eyes of a middle-aged man. The film touches every emotional note and is not only a masterpiece in animation (stop-motion), but in storytelling as well.

The film takes so much out of you--in a good way--and leaves you reflecting on life and love. No film this year has been a truer display of the human heart. Simply brilliant. If you love character pieces you must see this film.
