A dark comedy that insists on being mean spirited and yet sweet(undeservedly so). However, Paul Giamatti is fantastic(as always) as a complete loser that you can't stop routing for. His performance alone deserves this film to be seen despite the film's glaring tonal issues and an embarrassingly miscast Paul Rudd.
