Review of ABBA: The Movie (1977) by Ana S — 13 Aug 2008
The Abba music in the movie is probably stuff most people wont have heard before, yes there are a few famous tracks but most of the songs in this are not featured in the Musical Mamma Mia. Some bits are very silly and dated but other were pretty good.
The dream sequence is both the best and worst bit of the film, but the whole journo getting an interview plot is a bit shit. But what must be said here, as is said several times in the film, Agnetha doesn't half have a cracking arse!
