Review of A Modern Affair (1996) by Zack S — 04 Jun 2012
A funny and engaging film about a woman's decision to go to parenthood. Witty dialogue and down-to-earth characters help to move the film beyond the standard romantic comedy plot structure. I watched this film in an office where people were doing work, and a few moments made it hard to not laugh out loud. I'm sure the people around me were glad that I didn't.
Not perfect, but a film that will make you laugh and think. Worth the watch.
