Michael Melito Delgado Pardavé was an actor, screenwriter and director of mexican. Cousin brother of the eximia actress María Tereza Montoya and film actor Joaquín Pardavé. He was born May 17, 1905 in Mexico City and died January 12, 1994 in the same city. In 1928 (at age 24) traveled to Los Angeles (California). Two well-known his, Josephine and Lupe Vélez, presented to the american actor Gary Cooper, who hired him as his secretary and personal assistant. With the help of the actor got a position as assistant of direction of Henry Hathaway, the company cinematográficaParamount. Delgado remained in Hollywood until 1931. Back in Mexico, from 1933 up to 1990, had a long professional career. He is recognized for his extraordinary work as a stage director and for his long collaboration as stage director with the comic actor Mario Moreno "Cantinflas".
