Brother of actor Philippe Lellouche. A graduate of the Cours Florent, Gilles Lellouche began his career in cinema as director of short film (2 minutes 36 de bonheur (1996), Pourkoi... passkeu (2001), the latter being part of the program Zero is a produced by Luc Besson). Preparing many music videos - for Dany Brillant, Pascal Obispo et MC Solaar - with his friend Tristan Aurouet, it multiplies small roles on the screen (The Sisters Hamlet, Mad for it, My wife is an actress...) up to his meeting with Guillaume Canet. This last will lead in his films My idol (2002) and Don't tell anyone (2006), and Gilles Lellouche will reciprocate by assigning him the principal role in his first feature film Narco (2004).
