Director Biography

Danis Tanović (born 20 February 1969) is a Bosnian film director and screenwriter.

Tanović is best known for having first directed and written the script for the 2001 English movie No Man's Land which won an Academy Award. He was a member of the jury at the 2003 Cannes Film Festival.

Danis Tanović has directed films starring Maryam D'Abo, Branko Đurić, Serge-Henri Valcke and Georges Siatidis.
