Review of Zelary (2003) by Waiyen W — 03 Jan 2009
Long, but engaging. I became very invested in the main characters, wanting nothing but the best for them. This is a WWII film, and it's hard to let your guard down, esp. as you wonder where the film is going .
.. it's meandering at times, but never dull. Beautifully filmed, with memorable characters, and yet another reminder of the devastation that war brings.
