Review of Young Adult (2011) by Ryan G — 05 Jun 2012
The film sketches roughly a character played superbly by Charlize Theron-- and how the entire movie weighed almost everything upon her-- no; the entire movie evolved solely around her; her little quest back home, chained to mostly memories of high school and its sentimental romance.
A character not altogether likeable for all her quirks, immaturity and callousness; nevertheless, with the aid of Charlize Theron, I enjoyed the movie delightfully. The storyline and adaptation realistic.
