Review of Wish You Were Here (2012) by Razvan Florentin P — 10 Sep 2012
Although at times an engaging Australian mystery, the film tries hard to sustain its premise even over its short runtime and quite often falls into moments of disarray and winds up feeling more like a film about marital problems.
The Cambodian scenes are few and far between and, at least before the climax, never quite have the impact they could and should. Decent and relatively well-scripted, but it's been done better before.
