Review of War Witch (2012) by Alberto A — 03 Feb 2013
War Witch is a raw film set in the most cruel scenarios in the world, where children are being taught that an AK-47 is their mother and father. I hope this reality-striking film could open the eyes of the world so this cruelty can be eradicated, but honestly, I think it will continue, because indifferent and ignorant people are still alive.
Underneath the earthiness of the film lies an incredible tender story that's worth watching.
