Review of War Photographer (2001) by Stelios A — 02 Jan 2009
I thought this was an awesome film. Saw once on PBS and then on DVD. This is more for adults and artists really. Teens will find it depressing as there are scenes of numerous people mourning the dead. When people talk about reality tv these days they forget that the reality is missing from it.
This film feels authentic, unpretentious, moving, and immensely inspiring. It reminds us that photography and art are still vehicles to deliver the voice of those who can't.
