Review of Trekkies 2 (2004) by Bryan W — 28 Feb 2009
Denise Crosby continues to look for ways to make up for walking off the set of 'The Next Generation', arguably the worst move of her career, and doesn't do a great job in this documentary. As usual, there are a wealth of obsessed fans who needlessly ponder the dichotomy of 'Trekkies' and 'Trekkers', and in this one they go so far as to deride their counterparts in fandom.
Moments like this really bring down what should be a light and entertaining 'documentary' that really functions more like a promotional video.
