Review of Touch the Wall (2014) by Ramasush — 24 Feb 2015
As a mother of 3 life long Summer Rec Swimmers, this was a must see movie for our family. We attended a private showing with our swim team. It was a wonderful evening. Missy's story is one that every young athlete should hear, not just swimmers.
She is so genuine and so dedicated to her goals. The movie really gets it right when showing the various struggles of being an elite athlete and of parenting one. The relationship between Missy and Kara is unique and well documented in the film.
Kara's struggles add a dimension to the overall feel of the film that brings it home to the audience. Loved the movie, and so did my kids.
