Solid family drama, with some comedy moments. Very familiar to the type of films that I have seen written by Tyler Perry. Great acting, moving story, and realistic. Not over sentimental holiday film and it illustrated a family with a sense of self-pride, compassion, morals, and love that is not often shown in films.
