Pretty damn funny. It's a stupid funny but it's actually a funny stupid funny... you know what I mean? Lots of recognizable Canadian faces in this one, including Colm Feore, Joe Flaherty, it goes on.
Foley is great as a clueless exeutive and the cop using all of the FBI resources is phenominal. Great sublety.
