Review of The World's End (2013) by Adam H — 07 Feb 2014
While it wasn't the funniest of the three, The World's End was, by far, the most awesome, incomprehensibly stylish collaboration between Pegg, Frost and Wright. I admired how the pace was kept extremely steady prior to the first fight scene.
Wright's direction clearly reflects the dazzling stylishness that was seen in Scott Pilgrim VS The World. I was extremely impressed with the visual effects and production design - it pulled the whole thing together very nicely, and transformed it into a real sci-fi.
This is, without a doubt, the perfect ending to the notoriously brilliant 'Blood and Ice Cream Trilogy'.
