With dialogue that would have creaked in the Seventies, wooden performances, and painting by numbers action sequences tamer than The Rockford Files, this appalling mess deserved to go no further than a pilot for a series never picked up.
The true crime is that it was extended into a feature film and dumped on Netflix. Avoid.
