Review of The Ritual (2017) by Nell A — 16 Feb 2018
Although I am not a fan of the tired "spooky pagans" trope, this movie manages to be excellent on a wider scale and really affect you. It questions fate, bravery and the value of emotions whilst keeping you genuinely on your toes the whole time.
Limited jump scares and yet plenty of scares.
