Review of The Rage in Placid Lake (2003) by Simon W — 28 May 2008
A movie about a guy who tries to fit in when no matter what, he is bound to stick out. It was very entertaining for me, although the sex topic was a bit awkward for me to watch. Anyway, I love Placid's personality because even when he's about to get beat up, he mouths off to the douches and I think ends up turning one gay through psychological suggestions.
This movie does remind me a bit of napoleon dynamite except with more emotion on the line (aka its a bit dark at times).
