Review of The Puffy Chair (2006) by Andy A — 29 Oct 2010
I have to go see "douchebag" for class, and the insturctor told us to see another "mumblecore" film. Basically underground, independant film. This movie is great. The hand held camera makes it feel almost like reality TV, but when you think how someone wrote this as a film, it works really well.
If you only like big budget, Hollywood films, you will HATE this movie. As an aspiring filmmaker, the Puffy Chair is the most inspiring film I have seen in 10+ years. ( I saw it free on Hulu. I think you can get it on Netflix).
