An all-black neighbourhood takes back control from white gangsters only for the new black leaders to become completely corrupt. Orwellian themes mixed with typical blaxploitation themes with copious nudity and brutal violence.
Still it is fascinating that such a movie was mad at all. Will look great on your movie shelf even if you almost never watch it. Isn't that why we buy movies anyway?
