I was in the mood for this and it is certainly not your typical horror film. A slow paced meandering film, the horror when it does come is brief and effective. It has a good atmosphere though and is enjoyable if you are in the right frame of mind.

A tonic away from all the brash in your face CGI nonsense we get today. Heston is pretty good but as I noted the film is a bit all over the place and the ending is at best mediocre. If you fancy some Egyptian horror though at a leisurely pace this is for you.
