I almost didn't go to see it, was afraid to see another past-prime work of a once great director - and what a mistake that would have been! it's great, it's original (with all the cinematic and literary referencing, including his own), it's touched me in ways it rarely happens with films nowadays.
another masterpiece from ffc. highly recommended. (oh, and of course, a visual feast, too).
