It's pure eye candy, if nothing else. The scenery, set design, costumes and the cinematography were well done. Story could be compared to a Latin Novella. They could have spent some time editing it down as it's slow at times.
Tarantino blood and guts meets Almodovar story meets Baz Luhrman campy. I found it entertaining.
