Review of Sudden Impact (1983) by Josh C — 10 Aug 2008
"Go ahead, make my day." The fourth of five Dirty Harry movies is as good, possibly better, than the original. The action sequences are good, the violence is realistic for an 80s film, the flashbacks are haunting and the story is deeper than a normal action film.
Although Harry is out of the usual San Fransisco backdrop, there is still the large set for the finale, there is also a new gun but the connections to the first film are great. Solid film.
