Review of Sudden Death (1995) by Jason J — 21 Sep 2010
I'm happy to see Van Damme in a role that would ordinarily go to Willis or Schwarzenegger.
Doesn't quite live up to the standards that the Die Hard franchise set, the goings on in this are a bit over the top and harder to swallow, which results in some hilarity, but on it's own merits it holds up well.
The "terrorists" in this are significantly more ruthless than your average group of baddies, making it that much more satisfying when Van Damme kills them, in elaborate ways I might add.
