Not a bad movie,the acting was kinda crappy,the story was cool set in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina,where gangs have taken over the city.The FBI come up with a plan to hire one gang to take out the rest to "clean up" the city.
Sex,guns,dirty cops and drugs everything you would expect from this movie.Its worth the rent.
