A guilty pleasure, to be sure, but lots of lads-night-in fun with Rutger Hauer splashing around a post-global warming London in search of his partner's killer. Every buddy cop movie cliche is trotted out with glee, and Hauer and Duncan chew the water-logged scenery impressively. then shoot it. Lots.
WE NEED SOME BIG, BIG FUCKING GUNS!
