Review of Sleep Dealer (2008) by Jennifer K — 14 Mar 2009
Been excited about this one since I saw the trailer six months or so ago and it felt much like a Mexican Neuromancer (I won't spoil why, but if you like Neuromancer, give it a look).
Guillermo del Toro called it 'unique...highly inventive' - high praise.
It has an interesting visual style and I was constantly wowed by what they squeezed out of the budget.
