Review of Shopgirl (2005) by Arseniy V — 17 Feb 2008
One of the best romance films I've seen in a really long time. It is right up there with Meet Joe Black.
The humor in this movie is not that of recent low intellect slapstick, but quirky relationship awkwardness.
This offsets the drama aspect of the movie. Although bizarre, it was rememberable.
