Man is taken in by the sister of his house's former owner when the temptress arrives to clean up some estate materials and for some reason stays a while. The succubus drains the life-force from Fahey with heavy doses of sex, which triggers little sympathy from the man's co-worker.
Below par and can't be recommended against more explicit thrillers of the direct-to-video era.
