Cheap Robocop/Terminator rip-off, but not all bad. It doesn't take it's self too seriously, and actually has a nice bit of humor in it, making it pretty fun. The storyline, however, is dull and slow, with uninteresting characters and a confusing ending.
Somewhat entertaining, but only enough for a few scenes.
