Review of Ride the High Country (1962) by Orlok W — 13 May 2013
Ride the High Country is certainly a good movie, well deserved of its preservation in the National Film Registry by the U.S. Also exhibiting Peckinpah's talent as a filmmaker, but I feel Scott and McCrea, who have extraordinary chemistry, get sidelined too much for barely developed secondary characters.
However, what we have is indeed a movie that should not be missed.
